The usage of the Duke I.C.T. Management Services are subject to terms and conditions. This document is an explicit agreement through Duke ICT and the User.

WEBSITE

The Website collects several anonymous information concerning the pages visited. In case if the User is logged into the system, every data allowing anyone to recognize the User can be kept for further treatment by the IT team and will be treated with the highest discretion. If the treatment doesn't require any identification, the data will be previously anonymized.

All sensitive information can be accessed only by the employees which previously signed an agreement of confidentiality and respecting the GDPR.

Any publication or digital content from this website is owned by or the necessary rights has been granted to Duke I.C.T. Management Co. Ltd only. No reproduction or partial replication is allowed without special written consent of Duke I.C.T. Management Co. Ltd. Any digital content is published and protected under the Thai Copyright Act. Any unauthorized publication, even partial or after modification, is strictly forbidden.

MOBILE APP

The mobile app requests the acces to the geolocation and the webcam of the User. The geolocation allows the app to work properly and to help the User during his work. This access is compulsory for the app to run without any issue. The camera access is requested by other for barcode scanning purposes or to register the pictures of the products. However, the usage of the camera depends on the user and the capture made by this user. Duke ICT cannot be held responsible for any misusage made by the app.

Generally, a message requesting the access to these functionalities are requested during the first usage of the app.
